Refund/Cancellation Policy

Pochos Charters requires a $250.00 deposit to make a reservation. If you choose to cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund of this deposit up to 4 days prior to the charter date. Cancellations made 3 days or less from charter date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. This fee will apply to “no shows” as well.
